We decided to check this store out in efforts to find a new sofa. We were greeted promptly and our sales representative Lynnda was very friendly and courteous, with absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. She was very knowledgeable and informative with all questions asked. They offer a good Military discount on top of the sale price. It is a small business with a good selection of items and delivery was offered same day, (we purchased around lunch time). We requested and where given next day. Cost from store to home was $100, thought that was really good considering the distance. Delivery was within the time slot provided despite getting a call telling us they had a computer issue. No issues with both delivery men where also friendly and courteous. No issues. I would go back easily for future needs.

Very helpful!!! Walked around with the tape measure to help me find furniture for my RV; pulled items out of the warehouse for me; AND taking my old furniture out of my RV and installing my new in my RV! SCORE!!! Best part I didn’t have to order furniture!!

Just purchased new living room furniture from Thornton’s in Ripley, TN. What a great local asset to the area. I normally despise the “big box” furniture stores in Memphis. But this place was great! The actual store itself is massive with great selection. Lynnda in sales did a terrific job and her caring attitude showed throughout the purchase. She was able to coordinate everything from pics I had on my phone and you could tell she loves her job. The delivery was fast and easy and more than half off what is normally charged! Thanks for everything and Thornton’s will be the only place I buy from now on!

My experience at Thornton's Furniture was very good. I was greeted by a sales representative when I first walked in. I purchased a refrigerator and had same day delivery. They installed the refrigerator and took the old one away. I would recommend Thornton's Furniture.

They have a Huge Showroom Floor, it's a Great selection of Furniture. I was only looking for a Power Reclining Loveseat. Marie greeted me and showed me 4 really Impressive; Loveseats . She did a terrific job with the details of each 1. It was Easy after I selected it. When the men came to deliver it, they were both careful and polite. I'm very Happy with the Loveseat.
